Renting a bike at The Bicycle Hut is simple. Choose your rental duration online, show up at our store, present your ID, and you're ready to ride!

📍 Where do I pick up my bike?

We are located at 1 North Bridge Road, High Street Centre #B1-53, Singapore 179094.

🕐 What are your operating hours?

We are open Wednesday to Friday, 10:00 am – 7:30 pm. Please plan your pickup and return within these hours.

⏱ What rental durations are available?

We offer four rental options to suit your plans:

2 hours – Great for a quick ride around the Marina Bay area
3 hours – Perfect for exploring the Southern Ridges or East Coast Park
10 hours – A full-day adventure across Singapore's cycling routes
24 hours – Ideal if you want to ride at your own pace over two days

Please note: after 4 hours, your rental counts as a 10-hour rental.

🚲 What's included with my rental?

Every rental includes:

✅ Helmet – for your safety
✅ Lock – to secure your bike when stopping
✅ Lights – front and rear, for low-light conditions

💳 Is there a deposit required?

A security deposit may be collected at the time of pickup. This is fully refundable upon return of the bike in good condition. Please contact us in advance if you have questions about the deposit amount for your chosen bike.

🪪 What should I bring?

Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, NRIC, or driver's licence) when collecting your bike.

❌ What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we recommend contacting us as early as possible.

🌏 Tips for Tourists

Singapore's cycling paths are well-marked and generally flat — great for all fitness levels.
Bring water and sunscreen, especially for longer rides.
Popular routes include Marina Bay, East Coast Park, and Pulau Ubin (for the adventurous!).
